The first step is to sign up the account on the website using only the email and mobile number. You need to be verified with a verification code sent through email and text message. This basic process will allow you access to most of the dashboard items.

However, you will need to finish a complete verification process with the required details or documents for KYC. After that provide the business details, submit required documents, bank details, etc, and submit for review. Our team will verify it and activate the business account after successful verification. You can then start using all the Accosis services.

No, there are no setup or integration fees on Accosis. Also, there are robust APIs to facilitate smooth and automated payments. Further, the ready plugins and SDKs are available online for free; supporting various website and mobile application platforms. You may use Accosis Payment Links if you do not use a website or App to accept payments. Payment Links can be created from your Accosis Merchant Dashboard. You may create payment links for individual or multiple customers.

Payment Page is another Accosis product that does not require a website or application for payment acceptance.

You can follow the simple steps mentioned below:

  • Log in to your dashboard
  • Click on ‘Add Money’ and add balance with your account number & IFSC
  • Add Beneficiary - bank account details of the recipient (if not added) from the Payouts section
  • Go to 'Make Payout'
  • Follow the onscreen process and fill up the required details.

You may send the ‘Payout Links' to the recipient in case you do not have his bank details.

For domestic transactions, Accosis supports debit cards, credit cards, wallets, net banking, UPI, QR codes, and EMI.

For international transactions, customers can make Card Payments supporting the 3D payment gateway.

You can easily create a single and bulk payment link from your merchant dashboard.

You can accept online payments through this link. You may send this to the customer through any possible medium like email, WhatsApp, Messenger, or any other platform.

The merchant can generate an embed code of a customized payment button from the Accosis merchant dashboard. This code can be copied and pasted on the website or blog page to start collecting online payments easily.

Accosis processes online payments but does not provide services or product delivery. However, you may file a dispute with Accosis in case the purchase is damaged or not as per the description or you have not received the product or services at all. Also, in case of any issues regarding any other sales, purchases, etc with the merchant.

Ideally, you should wait for a reasonable time before filing a dispute, 7 - 10 working days in physical goods, and 2 - 3 working days in digital services/products. Meanwhile, you should have contacted the merchant. Kindly visit the merchant's website and refer to the terms & conditions, shipping policy, refund policy, and description of the item or services if they have policies matching your complaint.
